Eating From the Freezer/Pantry





So, my freezer and pantry (picture would not upload) are FULL.  Here's my menu plan for this week:

Breakfasts:  for me:  oatmeal, homemade egg mcmuffin, ceral/blueberries
                for son:  homemade egg, cheese, sausage burritos defrosted the night before and reheated for him to eat while I drive

Lunch:  I take leftovers; he doesn't eat by his choice

Dinners:  Monday:  London broil and roasted veggies in the oven/rice
              Tuesday:  Salmon, baked potatoes, veggie
              Wednesday:  Spaghetti
              Thursday:  Chicken tenders, mac and cheese, veggie
              Friday:  Hamburgers, homemade french fries
