I am a cancer survivor of nine years (July 11, 2007). Through the process, I have learned to take one day at a time and enjoy each day God gives us.

Merry Christmas!
I have much to be thankful for this Christmas. I have been cancer-free for almost 2.5 years; my parents are still alive and in pretty good health at 79 and 82; my son is healthy; my pets are healthy; I have a job that is secure. As I contemplate this Christmas, I thank God he sent his son in the form of a baby to enable all of us who trust in Him and believe in Him, to be with Him one day in heaven. Happy Birthday, Jesus.

Merry Christmas to you, Ginger!!!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Ginger...may you enjoy a blessed day celebrating HIS birth with loved ones...Lisa
ReplyDeleteGinger,
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog during this busy time of year. I am amazed that your mother has the same Nativity as I do from my childhood. Does your mother insert a light into the star cutout? I believe that was what it was made for. The old, large bulbs would fit into it nicely. The tiny ones we use today don't work. I sincerely hope you Christmas Day was beautiful. Blessings on being cancer free for two years. May the New Year continue to find you and your family in good health.
