CVS breakdown after church: I went in armed with $13 in ECBs. Each 1 liter bottle of Listerine rang up $5.00. The gum was 3 for $2. Total prior to ECBs: $12 plus tax of .73. I handed over $12 in ECBs. Out of pocket I paid .73! I got back $6 in ECBs!
