Homemade Salsa

I got this recipe when I was at Curves the other day:

  1. Drain one can of hominy
  2. Drain one can of black-eyed peas
  3. Cut up one tomato
  4. Cut up one red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper and 2 jalepena peppers without seeds
  5. Mix all together with salt, pepper, cilantro
  6. Add one small bottle of Italian dressing
  7. Serve with chips of your choice.

**I used a can of tomatoes since I did not have a fresh one. I also did not have green peppers, but I did have yellow and red. You can play around with the peppers.
